If you’re feeling peckish, the bar menu offers plenty of snacks, and every Friday night brings the much-loved “chook raffle.”
The Bar features a crackling wood fire in winter and an incredible collection of black-and-white photos of Stanley, dating back to the 1830s. Sip on a good coffee, or explore our fantastic selection of Tasmanian wines and spirits, cocktails, and beers, including brews from the Breheny Bros., whose family heritage ties back to the Stanley Hotel in the late 1860s. More than just a bar – it’s a warm Stanley welcome, open from 11:30 a.m., where history and community come together in a glass.
